Advancing our understanding of indoor air quality,
atmospheric pollution, and their impact on human health.
Dr. Dikaia E. Saraga (MSc, PhD) is an Associate Researcher at the Atmospheric Chemistry and Innovative Technologies Laboratory (AirTec-Lab), Institute of Nuclear & Radiological Sciences, Technology, Energy & Safety, NCSR "Demokritos", Athens, Greece.
A physicist by training (NKUA, 2004), she holds an MSc in Environmental Physics & Meteorology (NKUA, 2006) and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of West Macedonia (2010), where her thesis focused on particulate matter source apportionment in indoor air, supported by a scholarship from NCSR "Demokritos".
Since 2002, she has worked at the Environmental Research Laboratory of NCSR "Demokritos", the Environmental Technology Laboratory of the University of West Macedonia (2007โ2013), and the Department of Physics, NKUA (2005โ2006).
